A Private Retreat
in the Heart of the City

This fully restored 1920s bungalow sits on a documented Civil War vantage point on a private, fenced half-acre. Every room, every outdoor space, and every detail was designed to give your group an experience that feels nothing like a hotel — and everything like home.

Step outside to a koi pond waterfall with natural turquoise boulder benches, a gas firepit beneath a 150-year-old oak canopy, and a bistro-lit courtyard with a lion fountain. The entire estate is fully fenced, completely private, and just 10 minutes from Mercedes-Benz Stadium for FIFA World Cup 2026.
